Final Report, prepared for the Department of Primary Industries and Energy (DPIE) by Unisearch Limited and George Wilkenfeld & Associated Pty Ltd, June 1998. This study investigates the scope for an energy efficiency program for packaged air conditioners - this report was used as the basis for setting initial MEPS levels for three phase air conditioners that were introduced in 2001.
