Background

This report is one of a series of 15 MEPS proposals. Twelve were released in October 2004 and an additional three in April 2005. The full list of these reports can be found in the list of 2004 Publications and 2005 Publications (NAEEEC reports 2004/06 to 2004/17 inclusive and NAEEEC reports 2005/11 to 2005/13 inclusive). This report was commissioned by the the National Appliance and Equipment Energy Efficiency Committee (NAEEEC) and was prepared by Mark Ellis and Associates. The full report was released in April 2005.
